Training and Development

We believe that Training and Development is a key area of strength for HotelREZ. All our hotels are trained thoroughly in the use of all our products and services, both face to face, via web ex and during regular refresher courses operated by us each month.

We also run a certification programme for our members, entitled Revenue by Design, covering both revenue management and distribution.

By utilising our own areas of expertise, we can help build skill sets and competencies for your staff which can add significant value to your own operation. And with a degree of staff turnover unavoidable, we're always on hand to help out.
