Revenue Management Depending on the brand
programme you select to join, (Simply Connect, Simply Fabulous, Elegant Hotel
Collection, World Fashion Hotels, World Rainbow Hotels or Hotels100), you will
be assigned a specific Account Management and Revenue Management service level.
Your Account Manager will then help consolidate and oversee all the services to
which you are entitled. Each of our hotel members is then designated a tailored
business plan, ongoing structured communication and documented follow through.
From a day to day operational perspective, we have structured and measurable
processes and procedures in place to ensure our portfolio gains every possible
advantage. In such a technological and competitive environment, attention to
detail really pays off, something missed is the difference between success and
