Use of this website (the "Website") is subject to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"). By using, navigating to or browsing the Website, you agree to these terms of use.


1. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
(a) HotelREZ acts as a booking agent for the hotels and other service providers featured on the Website. By booking using the Website, you will enter into a contract for accommodation and/or other services with the applicable hotel or service provider and HotelREZ will not be a party to such contract, regardless of whether or not you make a pre-payment for a booking in accordance with clause 3(d) below.


(b) The standard terms and conditions of each hotel or other service provider will apply to all accommodation or other services provided in conjunction with bookings made through the Website.  These terms and conditions will apply in addition to the Terms of Use.


(c) All queries in relation to and issues arising from any accommodation and/or services you book via HotelREZ should be addressed to the applicable hotel or other service provider.


2. HOTEL INFORMATION
(a) HotelREZ hotel bookings are offered at the prices shown on the Website, subject to availability. 


(b)  Hotel information advertised on the Website (including but not limited to hotel details, room availability, room prices, hotel facilities and hotel star ratings (or their local equivalent)) (the ?Hotel Information?) has been originally supplied to HotelRez by hotel owners, hotel operators or affiliates of HotelREZ for inclusion on the Website.


(c) The accuracy of the Hotel Information is the sole responsibility of the hotel owner and/or operator. HotelREZ makes no representations or warranties (whether express or implied) as to the quality or suitability of any hotel, facility or service featured on the Website.


(d) Hotel Information featured on the Website does not constitute a recommendation by HotelREZ of any hotel, facility or service.


(e) We advise you to confirm all details with the hotel or service provider at or before the time of booking, particularly where this concerns the availability of a particular room type, late or early check-in, availability of particular services or facilities and any other special request.


3. BOOKING WITH US
(a)  You can book with us using either of the following methods:


(i) online, by clicking on the "Book " button on the Website and following the booking procedure; or


(ii) over the telephone, using the number listed on the Website .


(b) HotelREZ will arrange your booking with the hotel or service provider, and if your chosen accommodation is available, we will provide you with a booking confirmation via email.


(c) Many hotels we work with do not require pre-payment, in which case HotelREZ will not charge your payment card for the cost of your stay. The hotel or other service provider with which you enter into a contract will take payment for accommodation and other services upon your departure from the hotel. 


(d) Certain hotels do require us to take pre-payment, and in this instance payment will be charged to your payment card in full at the time of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking whether or not pre-payment is required. 


(e) When making a booking you will be asked to submit such information as is necessary to enable HotelREZ to process your booking with the relevant hotel or service provider, including your name, email address, telephone number and credit card details (?Personal Information?).


(f) All Personal Information collected by HotelREZ during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the HotelREZ Privacy Policy, details of which are set out in the schedule to these Terms of Use.  Please ensure you have read and understood the Privacy Policy before making a booking with HotelREZ.


4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES


(a) (i) All bookings must be cancelled by contacting HotelREZ directly.

(ii) If you cancel your booking, a HotelREZ cancellation charge may apply. Further details of our cancellation policy will be made available to you during the booking process.


(iii) In addition, a further cancellation fee may be levied by the hotel or service provider ? please see the hotel or service provider?s terms and conditions for details.


(iv) Should you cancel a pre-paid booking within the terms of the cancellation policy of the relevant hotel, you will be refunded the pre-paid amount less any cancellation fees made by the hotel and less an administration fee of £25 levied by HotelREZ.


(b) Should you extend your stay at a hotel then you should advise HotelREZ of this.


(c) (i) If you extend your stay at a hotel where you have made pre-payment, then you will need to pay any additional sums due directly to the hotel.


(ii) If you curtail your stay at a hotel where you have made pre-payment, no refund will be due to you in respect of any unused accommodation or services.  Curtailment will result in a 100% cancellation fee being levied.


5. LIABILITY OF HOTELREZ
(a) Bookings made via this site will result in a contract between you, and the accommodation provider that HotelREZ are acting for as agent.  HotelREZ will not be held liable for any action or default or otherwise on the part of any accommodation provider.


(b)  HotelREZ will not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Website, and/or any booking made using the Website.


(c) Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit the liability of HotelREZ for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury attributable to the negligence of HotelREZ.


6. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Information on any sites linked to the Website is outside the control of HotelREZ. If you decide to access any such information, you agree that you do so at your own risk.


7. TELEPHONE POLICY
In the event that you contact HotelREZ via telephone, or are contacted by HotelREZ via telephone concerning your booking, HotelREZ may record any calls for monitoring and staff training purposes.


8. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
All information contained on the Website is property of HotelREZ Ltd. and cannot be reproduced in any format for any purposes without the prior written permission of HotelREZ Ltd.


9. DENIAL OF ACCESS AND CHANGES TO CONTENT
(a) HotelREZ reserves the right to change or update the content of the Website, including these Terms of Use, without prior notice to Website users.


(b) HotelREZ may deny or terminate access to the Website at any time without notice.


10. SEVERANCE
If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.


11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
(a) These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and HotelREZ relating to your use of the Website, and any bookings you make using the Website.


(b) You agree that these Terms of Use supersede all prior agreements and arrangements whatsoever between you and HotelRez and you agree to waive any remedy in respect of any untrue representation made by or on behalf of HotelREZ (whether innocently or negligently) prior to accepting these Terms of Use, regardless of whether such representation was made orally or in writing.


12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in regard in to any dispute arising from your use of the Website.
